Stuffed Pork Chops
4 - 1 1/2-2 inch thick center cut pork chops
1 Package StoveTop Stuffing Mix for Pork
1 Package Shake & Bake for Pork
1 jar Heinz Homestyle Gravy for Pork
Carefully cut a pocket horizontally into the porkchops. Using your fingers, spread the pocket, making sure that you don't split the porkchop. Prepared the stuffing mix according to directions on the box. Using about 2 T of stuffing mix, stuff the pocket of the pork chop. Repeat with each chop. Following the directions on the shake and bake packet, coat the chops and bake as directed. Heat up the gravy and pour over the chops and extra stuffing.
