Stuffed Mushrooms

36 each mushroom -- cleaned
4 Tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1/2 cup bread
Remove the stems from the caps. Cut off the hard, dried end and mince.
In a large frying pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and saute for
about 1 minute. Now add the mushroom caps and saute until golden brown.
Remove caps from the butter and drain. In the same pan, add the minced
stems and breadcrumbs. Stir until well coated with the melted butter.
Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into the mushroom caps. If you want, you can
refrigerate the mushrooms at this point. When ready, bake for 25 minutes
at 350 degrees.
