2 Tablespoons White worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh thyme -- snipped OR
2 teaspoons fresh rosemary -- snipped OR
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary -- crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine worcestershire sauce, olive oil,
thyme, rosemary, salt and ground red pepper. Spread nuts in a 13x9x2 in
ch baking pan. Drizzle with oil mixture. Toss gently. bake 12 to 15
minutes or until nuts are toasted, stirring occasionally. Spread onto
foil. Cool. Store in airtight container.
