Peach Cobbler

4 t. cornstarch
6 T. brown sugar
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
2 T. butter
2 t. lemon juice
Biscuit Topper
Mix first 3 ingredients; add peaches. Cook and stir until bubbly. Add butter and lemon juice. Pour into a small baking dish or 4 individual casseroles. Spoon Biscuit Topper over bubbling hot sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes..
Biscuit Topper
Sift together 2/3 c. all purpopse flour, 4 T. sugar, 1 t. baking powder and a dash of salt. Cut in 3 T. butter. Stir in 4 T. milk, 4 T. chopped pecans and 1/2 t. shredded orange peel. Push from spoon in two dollops on top of HOT fruit.
