Easy Oven Pot Roast

Ingredients
3-4 lb. Chuck Roast
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
8 Carrots, peeled and sliced
8 Potatoes, peeled and quartered
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use enough aluminum foil to wrap the chuck roast and vegetables (you will need two pieces). Place the roast in the center of the foil. In a small bowl, combine the soups and stir well. Pour over the meat. Add the potatoes and carrots. Seal the aluminum foil packet, using both pieces of foil. Place in a roasting pan. Bake for about 1 hour or until the potatoes and carrots are tender. Open the packet and serve.
