Indiana Jello-Mousse

INGREDIENTS:
2 pkg. of your favorite Jell-O flavor
1 Pt. Heavy Cream
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
DIRECTIONS:
Prepared Jell-O as directed on the package and refrigerator until almost set. Remove from refrigerator and add the heavy cream. Mix with an electric mixer until well incorporated. Add the ice cream and mix until well blended. Pour into a mold or bowl and freeze for 2 hours.
