Fettucine Alfredo Style

Bar

1 box (12 oz.) Fettucine Noodles

1 16oz. container of light cream or half and half

1 stick salted butter or margarine

1/3-1/2 c. grated romano cheese                                

Salt and Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the pasta according to box instructions.  Drain the pasta and put into a medium bowl.

In the meantime,in a small saucepan, combine the cream, butter and romano cheese.  Cook over medium heat. Stir until well incorporated and slightly thickened.  Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and toss to coat.
