Chocolate Truffles

Bar

1 Package Cream Cheese -- softened

3 cups powdered sugar

12 ounces semisweet chocolate square -- melted

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until

smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until well-blended.

Add melted chocolate and vanilla. Mix well. Refrigerate for about 1

hour.

Shape into 1 inch balls. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen

candies.

Variations: roll balls in sprinkles, cocoa, coconut or ground nuts.
