Carrots with Bacon

Bar

4 carrots, grated

4 slices bacon

Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Fry the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain. Leave about 2-3 T. of the bacon drippings in the pan. Put the carrots in the pan with the drippings and saute until tender. Crumble the bacon and stir into the carrots. Serve hot!.
