Baked Pasta

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 box Zita Pasta | 1 large egg |
| 1 Recipes Zia Zina's Sauce | 3/4 c. grated Romano Cheese |
| 1 lb. Ricotta | 1 T. dried oregano |
| 1 lb. Mozzarella Cheese, cubed small | Salt and Pepper to Taste |
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the Ricotta, mozzarella and 1/2 c. of the Romano cheese with the egg, oregano and salt and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
Pour about 1 cup of the sauze into the bottom of a 13x9 baking pan or large casserole. Place the pasta in the pan. Spoon the cheese onto the pasta. Add another cup of sauce to the pan. Now, mix all of it together! You will end up with pinkish mixture - that's good! Add more sauce to the top and sprinkle with the remaining Romano cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let stand about 15 minutes and serve.
