Artichoke Pie

INGREDIENTS:

1-9 inch Deep Dish Pet-Ritz Pie Crust 1/4 c. Grated Romano Cheese
1 c. Mozzarella, shredded 4 Eggs
1 c. pepperoni, diced 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1 pkg frozen artichoke hearts, thawed 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 small onion, minced 1 T. olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

Saute onion in 1 tablespoon oil. Wash, drain and chop artichokes and add to onion. Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Mix all other ingredients in bowl. Add onion mixture and mix until well incorporated. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
