8 Minute Cheesecake

INGREDIENTS:
| 1 8oz. pkg Cream Cheese, softened | 1 8oz. container Cool Whip, thawed |
| 1/3 c. Sugar | 1 Ready-Crust Graham Cracker Pie Crust |
| 1 c. (1/2 pt.) Sour Cream | Fresh Berries for Garnish |
| 2 teaspoons pure Vanilla extract |
DIRECTIONS:
Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in Cool Whip and blend well. Spoon into the pie crust. Chill until set (about 4 hours). Garnish with fresh berries, if desired.
