Daniel Rathbone (1731-1823) served several enlistments under different commands, 1776-78, Massachusetts militia. He was born in Richmond, Mass.; died in Westfield, Pa.

Robert Livingston (1700-90), who had served in the early wars, pledged his estate for the credit of the colonies during the Revolution and also gave the use of his Foundries. He was born at Livingston Manor, N. Y.
John Livingston (1749-1822), a patriot, in 1776, gave the lead from his windows to be used for bullets. He was born in New York.
