Finally, Angela was allowed to blow out her candles. She succeeded. She did not, however, get all her birthday wishes. And, yes, that's a hotdog cake. It was made with three twinkies, a SaraLee pound cake, green Chuckles and a lot of frosting. The french fries are made of the cutout cake.
